Sins of a galactic empire mod

The best version of Sins has a checksum of 0, with 5 types of colonization to research (unmodded Sins with DLC). IMO SOTF is the best of the 3, but they're just mods. There are other mods out there besides these. E4X adds complexity to a complex game, SOA2 is imba, and SOTF's universe (Battlestar Galactica) doesn't interest me.
